Came here to try the pie. Pre-ordered the Dover sole too. There were too many pies to choose from (chicken/beef/fish) so we turned to friendly server. He recommended the chicken (cos I told him I didn’t prefer a strong flavor n he said I might find the beef too peppery). Glad we listened to him - cos the pie was amazing. Pastry was done just right, went well with the bits of chicken. Dover sole was disappointing tho- not meaty at all. Friend said the larger the sole the better it tasted and ours

Friend said the larger the sole the better it tasted and ours was on the small side. Reflected by the price tho- couldn’t expect a big one for $7xx. Had sticky toffee pudding as dessert. Sponge was ok. Too sweet to finish all tho. In summary would definitely come back for the pies, maybe try the beef Wellington next time.
