To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. I’ve bookmarked this place for so long and finally came here for my frd’s birthday celebration. We had the Korayaki King Crab Fettucine ($288) and the Slow-roasted Suckling Pig ($488). The pasta was cooked to al dente and it’s quite good. The Suckling Pig was succulent and flavourful, yet the portion could be bigger...It said it serves 2-4 pax but tbh I think it’s just barely enough for one😅Remember to save room for desserts! Their Salted Caramel Pretzel Pizookie ($168) is very rich and gooey, w
