Nice Place, Good Service but Bad Food

While shopping in New Town Plaza yesterday, I wanted to sit down with my family for some afternoon tea but most of the other restaurants were full, so we ended up going in this smart-looking restaurant because there are many vacant tables (actually not a good sign....). We ordered an afternoon tea set for 2, plus another cake, the service was pretty professional & friendly, price is OK but food is sub-standard and cold. Hope they will improve the cooking as it is not a bad place otherwise.
