This is a semi- buffet dinner with a selection of 1 main course from the main menu with a choice of 4 (beef, seabrass, pizza or hand made pasta) which also came with a basket of bread. The buffet selection includes crab legs and a large selection of cheese. All taste alright. We enjoy the Tiramisu the most which came with the set dinner, it was well coated with coco powder, few layers of ladyfingers with whipped cream. We enjoy the Tiramisu the most which came with the set dinner, it was well coated with coco powder, few layers of ladyfingers with whipped cream. Assembling & Taste: It was not over soaked with Baileys and Esspeso like the original Italian receipe. It is definitely a well apapted version and tailored for the people in HK as it is not too sweet and eliminated the use of rum. Taste well and suit all ages. Note: If you are looking for a genuine version with something sweeter and heavier that has the taste of Mascarpone cheese with Baileys, suggest to look elsewhere.
