That's absolutely right to put this dish under heathy selection. A bunch of tasty omega 3 on top of some quinoa which use to be little bit dull to me but since some cubes of pepper is added and most importantly, mango ! All these ingredients plus little salt has accomplished a wonderful and healthy salad.

My friend likes the name on me and picked this drink for me. I don't find craziness in it but indeed that's a very interesting combination of fresh and sweet pineapple juice found to be with smooth coconut milk. I can taste summer.

Staff offered Malaysian clams instead because Tua Tua is out of stock. But we all loved this dish. The sauce was prefect. It was slightly tastes wine and real creamy, covering those big fat clams and has taken us the lovely journey of seafood.
Home-made Spaghetti with Crab meat Crab Roe & Sea Urchin
Pasta is better to be al dente. Sea urchin is sure win element as it is a strong highlight of the dish and some soft and creamy texture.

This is why we come here for ! We all stunned by this amazingly tasty piece. That fat part and meat ratio is very satisfying plus the piece of meat itself is meant to be the best by the nature. especially when you reach the edge of it, you can taste the little bit chewy yet rich loin part. Simply enjoyable. We don't need any Angus tonight.
