To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友行完山，意猶未盡諗住飲杯咖啡食個下午茶。見到呢間西餐廳冇乜人，餐牌亦都啱食。兩個人入去叫咗兩個下午茶。我叫咗法式丹麥吐司配鮮果及雪糕。朋友叫咗煙三文魚牛油果醬炒蛋全麥多士。估唔到$70有咁嘅水準，有圖有真相。我個多士鮮果雪糕真係靚靚，打卡一流。朋友個煙三文魚多士就走實際路線。有外表有內涵兩個人加埋唔使150慢慢坐傾吓偈實在賞心樂事。
