To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Ritz 雖然係我最愛既酒店其中之一，但係呢個Afternoon tea真係令人好失望景就真係無得輸，好天的話就更加靚唔難食既，但係$688 for two 既tea set , 係五星級酒店，就算無驚喜，基本都要好食。影相打卡真係靚既，但真心好普通可能因為人手唔夠，服務亦都係麻麻，想搵個人落單等3分鐘都無人理你。我地另外order左松露炸薯條，但係唔就得左影相因爲太好食，熱辣辣夠哂脆，一落枱秒速完成。雖然tea set 及服務一般，但係景靚同環境舒服，與友人傾傾下不經不覺，又到黃昏🌇
