Not much of a fan for this one simply cuz the foie gras has a rather strong smell which not my personal liking
2. Paprika prawns with avocado veloute
Prawns is seasoned with avocado cream and veggie, cold and refreshing starter for such a or weather
Mains:
1. Lamb saddle with blue cheese
Not my cup of tea as the mutton smell is there but hubby said it's delicious, gd for any lamb lover
2. iberico pork cheek with orange and tandoori sauce
Pork cheek soft and juicy paired with orange and tandoori sauce so well match
Dessert:
1. Blackcurrent & Mascarpone mousse
The black sesame ice cream is very strong and mascarpone is milky creamy
2. Traditional creme caramel
The sweetness is done just right with a gd texture, crispy biscuit and cream with a strong vanilla taste 👍🏻
Petite four and coffee
Verdict:- everything nicely done esp the super soft juicy iberico pork 😍😍 lamb saddle not my fav as it has a mutton smell...better value than Robuchon and Epure ~~
