路過尖沙咀榮華茶餐廳,見到傳統的鮑魚酥和胡碟酥,嘩!好耐無見這些傳統餅很多餅店已經不做這些餅了!今次就買這兩件懷舊下先!失望 ... ... 鮑魚酥: 厚厚的酥皮,超硬 ~ 呼 ~ 要好用力地咬 ... ... 還食到有些"益"油味 ... ...胡碟酥:少少脆皮,但.. ..... ..... 入口即有好油的感覺。好後悔買下它們,早知買菠蘿包算了!

鮑魚酥: 厚厚的酥皮,超硬 ~ 呼 ~ 要好用力地咬 ... ... 還食到有些"益"油味 ... ...

胡碟酥:少少脆皮,但.. ..... ..... 入口即有好油的感覺。

好後悔買下它們,早知買菠蘿包算了!
