We have been to Kozy 3 times previous to this visit. We will not return due to poor floor-staff service and a seemingly lowered quality of ingredients which degraded the taste of several dishes.Service: The floor service has always been terrible, but this time is was worse than usual. Service: The floor service has always been terrible, but this time is was worse than usual. The floor staff forgot our oshibori hand- towels, and took a long time to get our order right. The order was served quite late, and the floor staff didn't seem to care despite our polite complaints.
Taste: We ordered several dishes but the worst, sad to say, was the okonomiyaki. We LOVE all styles of okonomiyaki, and we returned to a Kozy style we had tried and enjoyed twice before: Butatama. This time it was bland; like dashi or a key essence was missing. Seriously, it tasted like unsalted bread with mayo and sauce on top. We were not offered additional bonito and the seaweed flakes (aonori) provided were tasteless, dry, perfectly square (odd) and definitely not imported from Japan. We also has omusoba (omelette soba) and it seemed to have an msg flavour.
