Came here on a Friday night and when you can’t make a reservation, it was pure luck that we got our seats within 10 minutes! Super busy and the restaurant at TST is not that big either so one will need to raise their voice to be able to talk with your friends. Food wise - we ordered the tuna tartare and the rocket and pear salad. Love the amount of cheese they had on the salad! There were some pine nuts too! That’s a bonus! I missed this salad. As with the tuna tartare - not much of a wow factor

As with the tuna tartare - not much of a wow factor to be honest. It was mediocre.
As for the main, we ordered the pappardelle beef cheek and the tagliolini truffle. There were a decent amount of truffle which was nice. The pasta (handmade) were a bit hard for my taste but not bad overall.
