蝦餃皮厚薄適中，乾爽沒有破損，蝦肉未算鮮甜，內在加上筍絲，也吃得過。鵪鶉蛋燒賣甘香，肉香甜，軟淋鬆化。春卷熱辣辣，不太油。皮蛋瘦肉粥滑，夠火喉，但料不太足，可惜可惜整體上比上不足，比下有餘，中庸之道也。
