Finally got the chance to try out La Favorita, another restaurant within the Pirata Group. The restaurant is usually quite busy during lunch hour, advance booking is suggested. It’s spacious and nicely decorated inside, though not so Italian, feel a bit like Eastern Europe😅We went for 3 courses lunch ($318/person + 10%)Starter - Carpaccio is always a no-brainer for me, no as meaty as expected though Another starter - Deep fried calamari, not crispy enough, just average Starters are a bit disappoin

We went for 3 courses lunch ($318/person + 10%)
Starter - Carpaccio is always a no-brainer for me, no as meaty as expected though
Another starter - Deep fried calamari, not crispy enough, just average
Starters are a bit disappointing…
Gladly pasta are quality ones, though I expect the white truffle paste to be richer.
Spaghetti in black squid ink mixed with crab meat is surprisingly good😋
Dessert - Pistachio Panna Cotta, quite refreshing
Overall is okay but not really impressive, not sure if I’ll come again. Could have sth better at this price range.
