We arrive to the restaurant at 1900 evening. The restaurant was already packed with dine-in guests and also many takeaway orders. The putonghua speaking staffs were rude and took the orders carelessly. We ordered a Siu mei combo with rice and a steamed fish with cold lemon tea at 1905 shortly after we sat down in the cramp crowed space. Another pair of customers soon sat next table to us and ordered two Siu mei rice. We waited for so long and the customers next table already finished their rice.

Another pair of customers soon sat next table to us and ordered two Siu mei rice. We waited for so long and the customers next table already finished their rice. Although we tried to be polite and wait peacefully, we finally flagged down the staff and found them clueless. Soon they go to the cashiers and made a receipt for us at 1931 and told us to wait and the order has been placed to the kitchen. So all along the order was not placed. And the staffs remained very dismissive.
My Siu mei rice finally only arrived at 1950 despite it being a precooked ready made Siu mei rice. And I even have to flagged down the staff just to pour me the glass of cold lemon tea . And they remained so clueless that they thought I was ordering another lemon tea in extra and reprinted another wrong receipt.
Being so fed up finally the steam fish arrive at 1955. When the friendly customers next table to us tried to help us complaint the restaurant staffs were like “oh they just waited a little only …” in such a demeaning dismissive tone.
In conclusion this is not a restaurant worth ever attending again
