Had new year's first lunch with a friend, called on 1st Jan to book and left a message. No one brothers to confirm booking, so called again at 11am today, confirmed booking OK.But when arrived at 1230pm, no one seems aware there is such a booking. I ordered the signature beef pho and my friend ordered the dry vermicelli with beef. My pho soup base was extremely salty, not like the normal pho. I know I shouldn't compare it with that from HCMC or Hanoi, but there are many good pho places in Hong Kong that's better. My friend told me her dry vermicelli is very salty too, which confirmed my suspicion that they are heavy on seasoning.

My mint lime soda is extremely sweet, but not minty while my friend's hot coffee is sickingly sweet too.

Even though service is not bad, I will not return for its food anymore...
