This deep fried chives cakes is one of the signature products in the shop - HK$13, freshly made, its indeed quite crispy, but then fairly speaking I am not particularly impressed - the fillings did not have any special flavours and the cake's texture is a bit like "Shanghaiese red bean paste pancake". Maybe their mochis (another signature) would be more impressive? 🤔
