So far, I have a very good impression about Dap until I went last nite...I would say it's a disappointing experience as my expectation is higher than what they could offer. I went there with my friend and we order a full course meal + the fettucine with lobster & prawn. The appetiter was fine but the "French onion soup" was tasteless and very watery. It's nothing closed to authentic...then it came the fettucine, I will say the lobster meat & the prawn were nice yet the texture of the pasta wa

It's nothing closed to authentic...then it came the fettucine, I will say the lobster meat & the prawn were nice yet the texture of the pasta was no good. I wonder they tried to make it 'al dente' but failed...the fettucine and the sauce were completely on their own!
We have no complaint about the the Wagyu steak as it's been prepared to perfection. To be fair, the ambience and service are excellent...just the food needs improvement considering the price they charge.
