Few days ago, I’ve visited Cafe Malacca again and as usual, ordered my favorite Penang prawn noodles. To my disappointment, the taste was totally different from what I’ve had before the lunar new year! The prawn broth was so sweet like it has been cooked with much added SUGAR instead of the normal aroma and sweetness taste of prawns! I believe either the initial chef has left the restaurant or the broth was cooked by other non-experience chefs! Total disappointment!!
