On my previous visit, the food was good, so decided to give it a revisit.This time ordered a thick soup, chicken in wine, stir fried crystal flour noodles and dumplings in chili sauce.Chicken in wine:The pieces of chicken was too bony, there was not much chicken on it.Dumplings in chili sauce:This was quite nice and not too spicy, however I felt that the dumplings were over cooked and the dumpling wrap was too soft.The sauce was slightly too sweet.Thick soup with fish, black fungas and preserved
This time ordered a thick soup, chicken in wine, stir fried crystal flour noodles and dumplings in chili sauce.
Chicken in wine:
The pieces of chicken was too bony, there was not much chicken on it.
Dumplings in chili sauce:This was quite nice and not too spicy, however I felt that the dumplings were over cooked and the dumpling wrap was too soft.
The sauce was slightly too sweet.
Thick soup with fish, black fungas and preserved snow vegetables:There were other soups as well, I should have chosen the plain version with fish.
I chose this one because it contained preserved snow vegetables, but as you can see the black fungas is more dominent and the preserved snow vegetables are no where to be seen.
Stir fried crystal flour noodles:It was tasteless the same as what the other reviews said.
The preserved snow vegetables were old and dry.
