Famous of its serving style, @mashinomashi is a ramen shop that offers wagyu tsukemen and donburi. Although there are more negative reviews on this place, I actually thought it’s quite good. .Their wagyu went slow cooked and burnt using a flaming gun. Portion was generous that at least 4-5 slices of wagyu were found. The soup also has some diced wagyu beef inside and was very tender and flavourful. I went for the spicy one and the spice level was enough. Both soups were not so salty unlike many

I just found the wagyu gyoza a bit normal and overpriced.

🥂Spicy Samurai Bomb Tsukemen $180
🥂Tokusei Wagyu Tsukemen $165
🥂Wagyu Gyoza $120
Price was indeed a bit high for a bowl of noodles. But considering that they didn’t charge the service fee, portion was bigger than others and the fame from @wagyumafiahk , I think it met my expectations after all.
