I have dined frequently at this TeaWood Store in Kornhill, it's my Breakfast choice for many years. As I'm a resident in the area.But since they have introduced their QR Menu, it has really turned me away. For one, It's all in Chinese, even the English version is in Chinese (Why Bother?) The staff has become less interactive with your dining experience and only say use the QR Menu, which I respond I cannot read Chinese. Alas to say I will not go to TeaWood no more, I felt the service and even the food consistency has dropped below my expectations in recent months. There are so many other Eateries to choose from in Kornhill, why should I endure what TeaWood has to offer now. Such a shame, hope to see it being replaced soon, as with many other eateries that took that space, once they do not have consideration for their guests, it's a downhill descent. Wishing they leave soon.
