Well the name got me. However the ice cream is not hea at all.I love the combination of Chinese herbal tea with odd flavour ice cream.We ordered dry plum and lemon tea mixed soft serve and it’s so refreshing. The plum is like a burst of sweetness and mix with tangyness of lemon, the combination was spot on. Once you finish the ice cream you can wash down the sourness with the herbal tea.
