Despite the same name, it should not be compared to Tokyo's Midori Sushi. But sushi is sushi, even if the different quality from Tokyo's HQ, it may be better than going to a conveyor belt sushi restaurant. I suppose, in my opinion, only few kind of the fish comes direct from Toyosu Fish Market, but most of the fish (especially white meat fish) are probably sourced from South East Asia or Hong Kong.
