With the general good feedback on Openrice, I decided to give this restaurant a go, yet the experience was unfortunately not aligning with the reviews.Grabbing a table at lunch hour was possible though the restaurant was indeed quite packed and lousy. I managed to be seated with other guests on a large table, separated by a plastic partition. Originally I planned to order their all-day brekkie though it is on their a la carte. With the general good feedback on Openrice, I decided to give this restaurant a go, yet the experience was unfortunately not aligning with the reviews.

Grabbing a table at lunch hour was possible though the restaurant was indeed quite packed and lousy. I managed to be seated with other guests on a large table, separated by a plastic partition.

Originally I planned to order their all-day brekkie though it is on their a la carte. I was later informed that they are not offering a la carte for lunch hour(not sure if this is only applicable to weekdays)
, so I turned to their ox tongue risotto instead, along with salad and hot coffee.

Nonetheless, when the risotto was served, I found hair inside the dish and asked for a new plate immediately. It was not tolerable when it charges $108 for a risotto and I anticipated a minimum standard of hygiene.
The taste was so-so, the red wine sauce was nothing special and the entire dish ended up as something merely to feed my empty belly.

Apart from the unsatisfactory food, the service was also poor. When I wanted to place my order, some waiters pretended not to see at all…

Surely not returning for such a bad experience and there’re better quality options available in Kowloon Bay with this price.
