上星期五放工後,同同事去咗九龍灣企業廣場嘅「Coti the Bistro」試新嘢。餐廳環境靚靚哋,有種歐陸小餐館嘅感覺,氣氛輕鬆,啱哂我哋呢啲下班吹水嘅人。烤美國豬鞍芥茉汁配薯條($168)豬鞍一上枱已經香氣撲鼻,肉質嫩滑 juicy,外層燒得啱啱好,微微帶焦香。醬汁剛好唔太鹹,完全提升豬鞍嘅層次感,配埋外脆內軟嘅薯條,真係一流。明太子三文魚籽貓耳朵粉配嫩滑帶子($108)貓耳朵粉煙韌有嚼勁,吸滿咗明太子嘅鹹鮮味,三文魚籽仲會爆汁,啖啖都好滿足。帶子煎到微焦但內裡嫩滑,好鮮甜。酥炸單骨雞翼($78)雞翼外層炸到金黃香脆,咬開啲肉仲嫩滑 juicy,調味剛剛好,食到停唔到口。飲品方面,我揀咗抹茶鮮奶($42)抹茶味道香濃唔苦澀,配埋濃郁嘅鮮奶,口感順滑。同事揀咗玫瑰鮮奶咖啡($42)咖啡香中帶住淡淡玫瑰香氣,層次感十足,佢話飲完成個人都 relax 咗。 continue reading
