Not Rosewood level at all

I was looking forward to trying out this new Rosewood restaurant but was very much disappointed. Other than the deco, everything else was not what I was expecting. The staff were kind but not very professional nor organised. The food was just ok. It reminded me a bit of cafeteria food; and that’s not surprising because at the end, I realised all the food on the menu was precooked already! That’s definitely not what a nice restaurant would do.
