To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Not so classic burger of Classified

Wanted something western and quick in Happy Valley so Classified came in mind. I've always had a quite positive view on the group as the restaurant chain most of the time seemed to be able to deliver consistent but high quality food. However it was not the case today. I have a sudden craving for burgers today so I went for their grass fed beef burger. The staff actually asked me how I want it cooked so at that moment I thought oh that's pretty nice I have something to expect then. But turned out

But turned out to be way overcooked. I'd rather she didn't ask and it was overcooked then if she asked and the same result happens.

Honestly speaking I don't blame chain restaurant for not being able to keep their standards consistent but that's part of the business so that's something they have to do. Quite disappointed this time. Will remind myself not to come back to this exact classified.
