To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 來這兒陪Mr.G吃點東西他好再繼續OT~以小食為主,除了碗螺頭雞湯外,還點了葱油拌麵、龍井蝦仁、雪菜毛豆、上海冷雲吞、雲吞是最ok的, 大大的一隻內包鮮肉和蝦子,配上三種調料吃來非常爽口龍井蝦仁蝦子好小一隻,肉質太濕軟,茶味不明顯.....葱油拌麵蔥油香奉欠, 麵條不彈牙, 也缺乏蝦子味! Michelin一星的上海館子竟然連像樣的拌麵都端不出來嗎?雪菜毛豆一股罐頭味竟然 還要HKD160? Why why why? !服務尚可,環境尚可,總體來說並沒有令人印象深刻的地方。 太不值這價錢了!
