The service was lacking and did not feel welcome by the female serving staff contrary to what was posted by other diners. When asking the female waiting staff to recommend which steak is good , not much info was forthcoming. Everything is good we were told . As to what size of steak to order for my petite wife , 250 or 300 g was suggested depeending on her appitite. No offer was extended to show the different cut of steak as advertised by the website. However the service was extended
The bread basket was decent and when we asked for another basket , the male serving staff told us that they will refill once the bread is ready from the oven . None came . When i ask for sauce to accompnay the 400 g of steak that i order , the female waiting staff informed that the restaurant do not serve sauce with the steak , she however provided mustard as that is available. I had read in one of the reviews that the restaurant offer complimentary Bluecheese , peppercorn , mushroom and berniese . Anyway after spending hkd 1400 last night , we will never go back again. My advise to the restautrant is to get the female serving staff to smile more.
