Beef: only 4 thin slice of beef even i ordered a large bowl, too less.
Noodle: They are using thick noodle and easy to pull apart. Not those thin ones you ate in Van.
Price: $62 for a large beef pho, fair price for a lunch in Wanchai.
In general, what I only like is that probably they didnt use msg for the broth, but not a strong beef taste you expected, the noodles is not smooth and to easy to pull apart. It is slightly lower than the average pho standard in HK.
