Tiger Noodles & Bar is a chic kart noodles restaurant in Wan Chai, it has a nice interior design and order system.I love how they decorate the restaurant with the theme of tiger as well as “lively as a tiger”.Toppings might be ordinary, but the noodles are definitely novel! I chose homemade soup base (middle on in the order sheet) with a bit of chili. The soup base tasted quite strong indeed as in a bit salty. I had to drink quite a lot of water afterwards. Nevertheless, the kale noodles was yummy and had a hint of kale for real!

I picked grilled pork chop, homemade hamburger and wantons as toppings, and they were quite tasty. Wantons were a bit ordinary. Grilled pork chop was definitely a highlight. It was grilled for real! Meaty and tender. The hamburger was a bit disappointing though. It had a strong beef flavor, yet the bottom was a bit overcooked, which made the patty quite hard and not really enjoyable…

Selling point of Tiger Noodles & Bar is healthy food choices with lots of veggies for you to choose from. You might give it a try if you are in the hood.
