As we sat contemplating what to order, I looked around at some other tables for inspiration or for an early warning. I noticed that practically every dish was either covered in cheese, drenched in mayo, or drowning in a creamy sauce of some sort. This is the point one should run to the door. But I'm not a quitter. The beet root rolls were transparent in flavor. The seafood risotto arrived swimming in an ocean of nuclear orange sauce that was too spicy and bitter to be eaten. School Food is not Korean.
