To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日仔audition,要搬樂器,又車仔車老婆返學返工,突登經過謝斐道,竟然有錶位,仲要係尾位(易入),有揸車嘅朋友當明白呢種"有運行"嘅感覺。呢條街嘅食店新陳代謝都幾快,見到間旺記喺正對面,以前唔覺喺度。雖然滿座,但我一條冷插針梗有位嘅。坐低攞起餐牌,好明顯老世係好俾心機仔細咁扭出嚟,"4.3牛奶炒日本進口滑蛋",令我懷疑係老闆千金打骰。而多士採用麥飽,亦似是打高貴O L市場。我點了D餐:招牌沙爹牛肉雞湯公仔麵,配鮮牛油麥飽多士,4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋,咖啡。上菜,沙爹係淡沙爹,唔會掩蓋牛肉味,咖啡係即磨咖啡,炒蛋果然滑,麥飽亦健康有質感。舖頭雖少,裝修整潔新穎。我會推薦俾老婆(高貴O L)嚟,至於我,應該就唔會番桌了。其實係好味嘅,純粹唔啱feel啫。我哋呢D佬,聽見"4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋"呢D咁可愛嘅title,有D唔知點咁,而喺我心目中嘅心水沙爹牛肉,當然要係極濃味一大劈冚哂成碗麵嘅所有味度先為之正。而其實即磨咖啡我本來都Like,不過晨早矇矇鬆鬆,我會期望茶記D呷一啖會醒一醒嘅濃啡。Sorry,重覆一次,純粹唔啱feel啫,我覺佢行啱咗路,乾淨企理有禮健康,喺灣仔咁多寫字樓客肯
