Octavo 集團又一新開餐廳亦係集團內第二間Steakhouse 同中環Rex Wine & Gril 算係姊妹店同樣屬於 Octavo 集團中比較Causal 嘅餐廳🥢今次好榮幸可以係soft opening 第二日就到訪仲見到偶像集團嘅靈魂人物Chef Bombana不過soft opening 期內暫時只提供晚市想試嘅朋友就要快手啲啦🥢📍Classic Beef Tartare牛肉新鮮而且調味亦都唔會太過分唔會蓋過咗牛肉本身嘅味道附上pesto sourdough亦非常香口🥢📍Little Joe Ribeye 16oz主菜係16安士嘅Ribeye炭焦香味極濃且肉汁豐富血紅嘅肉芯係確切嘅Medium Rare 肉質有咬口但唔會韌餐廳所有牛扒都有三款醬汁供客人選擇分別有Peppercorn, Bearnaise及Chimichurri本身只點咗Bearnaise 但餐廳好細心三款醬汁都比小編試晒不過小編始終都偏愛以蛋黃同荷蘭醬製成嘅Bearnaise 因為更能突出扒本身嘅肉香🥢📍Dirty Fried Oyster & CrabRice賣相有啲中式嘅炒飯由於chef太太係香港人所

而且調味亦都唔會太過分
唔會蓋過咗牛肉本身嘅味道

血紅嘅肉芯係確切嘅Medium Rare
肉質有咬口但唔會韌

本身只點咗Bearnaise
但餐廳好細心
三款醬汁都比小編試晒
不過小編始終都偏愛以蛋黃同荷蘭醬製成嘅Bearnaise

由於chef太太係香港人
所以菜式設計上亦有少計crossover
呢個飯就係代表之一
飯炒得好乾身
清淡得嚟帶有蟹肉嘅鮮味
但蠔味相對就唔算突出

呢個算係Hidden menu 嘅橙酒煮班戟
餐廳侍應會係客人面前即席製作
先煮好醬汁放入班戟
然後加入橙酒
頓時冒出華麗嘅火焰
就咁睇表現都值回票價
雖然無多餘嘅擺盤陪襯
令賣相稍為欠奉
不過熱烘烘嘅班戟軟嫩糯口
吸收晒橙汁橙酒嘅甜美精華
味道濃郁非常好味
配埋Vanilla ice cream 一齊放入口
一冷一熱口感層次好豐富

雲呢拿味好突出
濃郁厚實嘅芝士非常吸引
但唔會搶咗雲呢拿嘅味道
兩者非常夾
而且無想像中咁甜膩
