昨晚輪到我同番友人慶祝生日🎂,所以去左間好評唔錯既鐵板燒食番個日式dinner! 店員好窩心咁安排左靚靚座位(對正師傅既位)比我地坐,仲提供埋個箱比我地放個袋,真貼心!我地叫左個伊勢海老鐵板燒2人前$2288,真好意頭!之後師傅係我地面前拎左我地今晚新鮮既材料比我地影下相打下卡先🤣🤣,首先店員送上前菜比我地醫一醫肚先,好新鮮既沙律🥗菜加埋些wasabi汁,酸酸辣辣咁好開胃!之後大廚開始展示佢既實力刀法,佢用刀將新鮮既龍蝦🦞完美咁除左件蟹衫,將龍蝦肉煎一煎,再用紅焗一焗d 蟹肉,味道更加提升更鮮美,伴碟更有朵紅玫瑰🌹(可食用)同蟹鬚作擺盤,超靚!龍蝦🦞肉超級鮮嫩,少少呈現透明狀態,配埋海膽汁更加oishi 😋 ! 之後大廚同時預備第2道菜式,將魚皮輕輕慢慢咁切開,再將魚皮輕輕力壓扁再燒一燒下佢!之前大廚已經準備好d 醬汁加洋蔥,把白鱈魚煎到好甘香!白鱈魚索左d 洋蔥醬汁超香甜,跟別的鱈魚味道不一樣,魚肉更加鮮嫩同白滑!魚皮更加煎得好甘香同脆口!大廚等待我們差不多吃完就預備好下一碟菜色,用錫紙把白色鮮露荀再加奶湯,用埋火槍透大個火,個奶湯好鮮甜,而個露荀更加爽脆香甜!到今晚我最期待既菜式熊
