To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因疫情已經1年零6個月（最後一次離港是2020年1月12日去了深圳）沒去旅行了好懷念東京新宿的六歌仙烤肉所以今天就去了又一城的牛角聊勝于無喇到達時是13.45 等了大約25分鐘有午市定食供選擇但我一心想是烤肉用手機點了C餐（牛角極上4品燒肉盛合）加配香蔥溫泉蛋飯凍柚子蜜和白桃雪芭先送上昆布湯很清淡生菜配日式麻醬一般般喇香蔥溫泉蛋飯不是很香但始終比白飯吸引D牛肉分有4個不同部位每款2件牛肉味頗濃軟硬度適中沒有筋和不韌如果肉厚D會更好味我是甜品控凍柚子蜜很香甜白桃雪芭桃味濃反而是我最滿意的
