To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因疫情 已經1年零6個月(最後一次離港是2020年1月12日 去了深圳)沒去旅行了 好懷念東京新宿的六歌仙烤肉 所以今天就去了又一城的牛角 聊勝于無喇到達時是13.45 等了大約25分鐘 有午市定食供選擇 但我一心想是烤肉 用手機點了C餐 (牛角極上4品燒肉盛合)加配香蔥溫泉蛋飯 凍柚子蜜和白桃雪芭先送上昆布湯 很清淡 生菜配日式麻醬 一般般喇香蔥溫泉蛋飯 不是很香 但始終比白飯吸引D牛肉分有4個不同部位 每款2件 牛肉味頗濃 軟硬度適中 沒有筋和不韌 如果肉厚D會更好味我是甜品控 凍柚子蜜很香甜 白桃雪芭 桃味濃 反而是我最滿意的
