To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日一人去了譚仔吃午餐，譚仔午飯時間需要搭台是常識吧。我點了一碗酸菜攬肉米線，十小辣和凍檸檬茶。約十五分鐘，米線就到了。老實說，我並不是譚仔的粉絲，因為個人比較喜歡雲桂x 那種酸甜湯底的米線。可能是因為配搭的問題，今天這一碗譚仔米線很好吃。不好辣的我，十小辣實在是恰到好處。微微的辣味刺激味蕾，卻不感覺到辛苦。這裡的酸菜很厚切，很爽口，酸度十足；攬肉很肥美，但不太吃得出味道。今天的麵底軟硬度適中，不會太淋；附送了一些芽菜，增添了口感的層次。整體來說，這間分店的質素不錯，而且相比其他分店環境比較鬆動，ok~~
