To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經過幾次沙田元氣壽司，也是很多人要等位。 今天到馬鞍山分店，情況大不同，不用等位也有枱了，而且它的下午茶餐有很多選擇。 有5款不同組合壽司定食，再配上自選炸物及甜品或烏冬。 另外也可再加錢升級配上其他食物。 定食A $62魚生及壽司種類及份量也可以，魚生也是厚切。湯烏冬烏冬麵質感一般，有點糊口感覺。湯底又冇鮮味，感覺同屋企用現成醬料整，也沒有什麼分別。炸周打蜆湯餅炸功一流，放涼後外層仍香脆，但周打蜆湯餅內餡味道較淡，也嚐不到周打蜆湯味。
