Always wanted to try this place and finally did! It's a popular neighbourhood restaurant frequented by regulars. However, I won't be one of them. Thumbs up for the atmosphere. There was a table of old friends gathering around a hot pot inside while the al fresco dining consisted of more friendly celebrations. I listened to whom I thought was the chef and the Chinese eel fried balls are worth the try. It's not my preferred way to consume this fish but giving something a twist is something I'm up

I listened to whom I thought was the chef and the Chinese eel fried balls are worth the try.

It's not my preferred way to consume this fish but giving something a twist is something I'm up for. In any case, I'm still going back to the good old steamed eel next time.

Cannot go wrong with fried calamari but it’s not like you have to come here for it either.

The baby sprouts were a highlight for me because it was so fresh and I welcomed the slightly raw taste that balanced the rest of the more seasoned dishes.
