To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Please go there with an expectation of \'Maxim\'+ (in terms of service and price). Then you can get what you want.<br />No need to book a table at a Sunday evening for 4. Service at average to high \'Maxim standard\'. Food design similar to \'sister brands\' such as Rice-paper or Basil group. Waiters are polite to act upon your orders (we found the background music too lound). Price can go to $150/person if you choose dishes carefully. Quality of food is price-appropriate.
