To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直自認為有Ramen Phobia，所以不要說像那些有Ramen Mania的食客去排隊了，和朋友吃飯基本上是能躲就躲，熱門拉麵店外的隊伍正好救了我。這一天，不知道哪根筋搭錯了，去運輸署搞定車牌，出來兩點半，午餐時間已過，路过一风堂看到里面空了一半，天氣寒冷很想吃完熱騰騰的東西，所以不假思索走了進去。要了辛辣豬骨，面要了中等硬度。等了少許時間，面端上來，豚肉、辣肉醬，拉麵、湯底，看上去還不錯。先喝了一口清湯，很香濃，又不會過濃而很膩；豚肉很好吃，有豚肉的香滑，肥瘦適宜，只是兩片對於meat eater真是有些少，呵呵！辣肉醬感覺普通，對我來說完全不辣，反而覺得很鹹，加到湯里連湯變得過咸。最重要的面，只能說不是我的那杯茶，始終覺得喜歡不上，雖然也不會難吃。自從幾年前那次濃到令我作嘔的Ramen Nightmare，這次的拉麵經歷總算不糟。雖然還是無法愛上，但okay的評價絕對已是讚賞。
