Sesame was toasted which gave a nutty flavour rather than just hint of sweetness. There was a real monchi instead of only using glutenous flour inside the bun. Possibly this was their signature and why people are crazy for this. Personally believe this is unnecessary as not matching the nutty sesame flavour and a bit on the over-sticky side that a bit weird with the dough texture. The only flaw I would say was it collapsed after every bite. It couldn't hold its ball shape when biting.
Overall, not bad especially it was pretty big.
