食材新鮮有益健康。好像養顏的鱈魚白子、有益脾胃的山藥及消腫解毒的龍珠果。所有的海鮮都很鮮甜。最愛北海道牡丹蝦刺身及馬糞海膽,鮮甜味道在口中繞梁三日。食過之後很難返轉頭。絕對係我食過最好吃的omakase。
