環境5分:銅鑼灣樓上日本菜餐廳,响地鐵對面夠方便,入面有散枱,不過响壽司吧食Omakase最新鮮同最享受,可以見到廚師拍D魚特別興奮,可以畀五分。衛生5分:舖頭新開冇耐,地方好乾淨企理,光猛衛生,一樣畀五分。服務5分: 十幾個吧位有五個師傅招呼,個個都好專業咁每樣魚生介紹,樓面不斷加熱茶,效率高,服務當然滿分。味道5分:1) 鹿兒島水果蕃茄非常鮮甜新鮮,食落爽爽地。2) 呢個水母食落同海蜇完全唔同,爽甜好多,配埋柚子醋酸酸地,非常開胃。3) 富山灣螢光魷魚當造,季節性嘅,配埋鰹魚豉油非常惹味。4) 北海道大溝貝上枱有兩部位,一個係邊位,一個係肉位,個人喜歡邊位多少少,因為好有咬口,食落有少少似聖子皇。5) 熟成咗嘅油金魚刺身非常厚切,口感非常好。6) 北海道水八爪魚三片肉加兩個吸盤,連埋D桃味啫喱一齊食非常特別,食落非常之夾,吸盤就非常之爽脆。7) 鹽燒河豚白子非常特別嘅款式,真係第一次食。就算去日本都只係食過河豚肉,白子非常之滑,燒過之後就又暖又滑。8) 地金目鯛壽司輕輕燒一燒令油脂更加香口,好食。9) 日本北寄貝非常爽甜,加埋青檸汁吊出個鮮味。10) 銀鱈魚用壽司方法嚟食都係非常罕
