環境5分:銅鑼灣日本菜餐廳,地舖超大,有壽司大枱同鐵板燒大枱同埋房,不過Omakase一定要响壽司吧食先最享受同興奮,可以畀五分。衛生5分:地方好乾淨企理,光猛衛生,一樣畀五分。服務5分: 師傅同樓面服務員都好好招呼,師傅續樣魚生介紹,生磨Wasabi顯得非常專業,樓面不斷加熱茶,效率高,服務滿分。味道5分:(萩:HK$1,680/位)1) 前菜拼盤:白螺用汁煮過特別入味,螢光魷魚送酒一流,昆布煮豆腐好開胃。2) 漬物有牛蒡粒,蘿蔔,蕎頭,薑,不斷refill最開心。3) 北海道最出名兩種海鮮,海膽同毛蟹,加埋一齊食非常鮮味,口感豐富到爆炸。4) 梭子魚魚皮燒過加埋D魚油特別香。5) 炸天婦羅立魚白子用紫蘇葉包住,好嫩好軟好滑好香。當做香魚香口有回甘,連D細骨頭吞落肚好野味。6) 白象拔非常爽甜,細細兩片點海鹽非常好食。7) 眼見師父一條長長嘅大拖羅攞出嚟,切走有根嘅部分,然後最好嘅部位就畀你放入口,非常細心。大拖羅溶响口,冇得輸。8) Season沙甸魚切碎細粒,加埋塊非常爽脆嘅紫菜一齊食,超級好食。9) 鮟鱇魚
