經朋友介紹知道有間隱蔽嘅日本餐廳主打Omakase(廚師發辦),咁啱同未婚妻5週年紀念又諗唔到食乜咁就試吓啦!要預早一日訂位,個Price Range都幾大$180~$1000,我就揀咗$500 per head,如果好食先試最貴因為schedule問題,訂咗5點,去到得我哋一台,同waitress傾傾下計先知原來佢係老闆娘,咁後生就創業,值得嘉許,服務亦都好好,每樣菜都有介紹,等咗一陣就有得食1. 頭盤(龍蝦沙律,芥末八爪魚,明太子沙律,蟹膏配青瓜,燒茄子)樣樣都好好味,特別係蟹膏配青瓜2. 刺身拼盤(三文魚,竹籤魚,燒竹籤魚,帶子,牡丹蝦,海膽墨魚,拖羅)老闆娘話要由淡味食到濃味,三文魚=>竹籤魚=>燒竹籤魚=>帶子=>牡丹蝦=>海膽墨魚卷=>拖羅,全部都好新鮮,海膽墨魚卷同埋拖羅特別好味3. 法國生蠔 Gillardeau真係冇諗過會有生蠔,我哋本身都鍾意食生蠔,味道鮮甜,蠔味不會太重,海水味唔太濃烈4. 炸軟殼蟹沙律我哋最鐘意食炸嘢。炸軟殼蟹同其他配料比例剛剛好,有生菜,青瓜絲牛油果,竟然仲有天婦羅碎,幾特別5. 香蔥吞拿魚腩卷上

總括而言,店舖就無咩裝修架啦,你想舒舒服服慢慢坐著嚟嘆嘅話呢度就唔啱你喇,不過食物質素由前菜到甜品我哋都十分滿意。最緊要係老闆娘同廚師都好有心思!Fusion嘅Omakase唔係咁容易搵到,$1000埋單有咁既食物質素,下次一定會再試!
有待改善嘅係水同茶嘅質素,茶好似太濃,水好似有啲怪味,可能我太挑剔啦哈哈
因為本人覺得好嘅Omakase都要有靚嘅茶去配合先完美嘅~~~
