SHABU SHABU -- 用返我哋的龍蝦做湯底,配料有唔同的蔬菜、蜆、三文魚、豆腐、芋絲、牛肉同埋雞肉。湯底味道好夠,基本上唔係點任何醬料都得,雖然唔係D 咩貴價食材,但勝在新鮮同足料。食晒D 配料,就會用個湯底煮粥,足足有4碗的份量,所有湯料的精華煮做粥,真係夠晒和味,而且仲食到飽添!食得開心,最後個粥同D 肉類都無影相。

總括嚟講係好滿足的一餐,店內的位置雖然係細D,而且無乜令一嘩一聲的裝修或擺碟,但係食到真材實料的日本菜真已經夠啦!
Other Info. : 呢度係唔收開瓶費的,但係如果真係帶酒嚟要預先同佢哋講,幫大家準備酒杯。

以為食完壽司刺身,應該差唔多食甜品。點知完來重頭戲先嚟!我本人唔係特別好牛肋骨,但係今次有驚喜!老闆話牛肋骨係用慢煮3個鐘嘅方法,加上黑椒調味,入口即溶,加上廚師自製嘅芥茉籽醬同埋秘制醬汁,係一個完美嘅配搭。老闆仲話唔係講笑,其實個薯蓉先係主角,因為又係廚師特別烹調,薯蓉裡面有一粒粒嘅薯仔,感覺唔太漏。

女人話甜品有第二個胃,斬眼間已經食晒個蛋糕。依個芝士蛋糕有雪糕嘅質感,唔會太甜,平時少食甜品嘅我都覺得唔錯。

總括而言,店舖就無咩裝修架啦,你想舒舒服服慢慢坐著嚟嘆嘅話呢度就唔啱你喇,不過食物質素由前菜到甜品我哋都十分滿意。最緊要係老闆娘同廚師都好有心思!Fusion嘅Omakase唔係咁容易搵到,$1000埋單有咁既食物質素,下次一定會再試!

有待改善嘅係水同茶嘅質素,茶好似太濃,水好似有啲怪味,可能我太挑剔啦哈哈

因為本人覺得好嘅Omakase都要有靚嘅茶去配合先完美嘅~~~

在西環揾食多時,不少餐廳都已經試過了,今次主力找小店,最終找到了這家一休料理。它位於小街的轉角,人煙稀少,店內只有數張抬,大廚只有一人,連同店員就只有兩個人而已。店子雖小但供應的菜式選擇卻很多,連okamase 都有,小店來說算是少見。我們兩人點了一下: 中華沙律 沒有特別,純碎是我很喜愛吃中華沙律所以點的。 壽司:蟹子+魚子壽司 鰻魚牛油果卷 加州卷彩虹卷牛肉紙米卷這裡的壽司配料算是新鮮,味道不錯,中規中矩。值得一提的是牛肉紙米卷,味道惹味,醬汁出色,紫菜配薄薄的紙米皮出奇的新鮮好吃。芝士三文魚飯 這個飯是我整頓晚飯最滿意的,首先是三文魚煎煮得很香口,然後配上日式燒汁送飯是一流,面層再配上一層濃濃的芝士真是十分邪惡,還有木魚碎,整個飯都充滿著濃濃的香氣。 明太子玉子燒 這個玉子燒做得出色,不遜其他出名餐廳;蛋煮得剛好熟,一切開裡面的明太子立即流出來,帶鹹的海鮮味配上淡淡的蛋香,刺激味蕾。 這裡吃飯頗便宜,人煙稀少吃得舒服!

今日一家人嚟試Omakasae,提前同店主講你想要嘅價錢(由200幾到千幾不等)然後由師傅發板。第一次嚟已經好有驚喜,由主菜到最後嘅冷麵全部都好滿意。前菜果個青瓜配蟹膏麵豉演出醬好特別,蟹膏味好籠郁;第二樣係日本番茄,師傅話日本人鍾意蘸鹽食,試過之後都覺得唔錯,不過我個人覺得鹽隔離個汁好食D;第三樣係刺身拼盤,有䲞魚、北極貝、牡丹蝦、鯖魚、帶子、三文魚腩同海膽魷魚,師傅仲專程教我哋應該由邊樣開始食,呢度D刺身比外面好多舖頭好好多,完全無雪味,尤其北極貝、帶子同海膽魷魚好鮮甜,另外鯖魚配姜蓉同蔥一齊食幾鮮味;第四係法國生蠔,海水味勁濃,入口好creamy,啱曬我呢個蠔癡,齋滴兩滴檸檬汁已經足夠;第五係多士配吞拿魚蓉同三文魚籽,第一次咁樣配搭食多士不錯,每一啖都食到魚蓉香同三文魚籽嘅咸味;第六係鰻魚玉子燒,玉子燒好香好滑,鰻魚夾埋玉子燒味道好夾;第七係鱈魚燒同薯蓉,鱈魚燒夠香夠滑,D薯蓉配埋D汁一齊食好味;最後係蕎麥冷麵,冷麵軟硬適中,仲有一個好似沾麵嘅醬汁,蘸嚟食唔錯總括嚟講絕對物有所值,下次一定會再嚟

今日一家人嚟試Omakasae,提前同店主講你想要嘅價錢(由200幾到千幾不等)然後由師傅發板。第一次嚟已經好有驚喜,由主菜到最後嘅冷麵全部都好滿意。
前菜果個青瓜配蟹膏麵豉演出醬好特別,蟹膏味好籠郁;
第二樣係日本番茄,師傅話日本人鍾意蘸鹽食,試過之後都覺得唔錯,不過我個人覺得鹽隔離個汁好食D;
第三樣係刺身拼盤,有䲞魚、北極貝、牡丹蝦、鯖魚、帶子、三文魚腩同海膽魷魚,師傅仲專程教我哋應該由邊樣開始食,呢度D刺身比外面好多舖頭好好多,完全無雪味,尤其北極貝、帶子同海膽魷魚好鮮甜,另外鯖魚配姜蓉同蔥一齊食幾鮮味;
第四係法國生蠔,海水味勁濃,入口好creamy,啱曬我呢個蠔癡,齋滴兩滴檸檬汁已經足夠;
第五係多士配吞拿魚蓉同三文魚籽,第一次咁樣配搭食多士不錯,每一啖都食到魚蓉香同三文魚籽嘅咸味;
第六係鰻魚玉子燒,玉子燒好香好滑,鰻魚夾埋玉子燒味道好夾;
第七係鱈魚燒同薯蓉,鱈魚燒夠香夠滑,D薯蓉配埋D汁一齊食好味;
最後係蕎麥冷麵,冷麵軟硬適中,仲有一個好似沾麵嘅醬汁,蘸嚟食唔錯
總括嚟講絕對物有所值,下次一定會再嚟

我最鐘意係個蟹子玉子燒, 好滑, 中間嘅蟹子同玉子好配合, 味道適中, 甜中帶滑, 係我第一次食到呢種玉子燒!
店主話係師父改良過, 將日本原有味道調教為更適合香港人口味!

呢餐價錢大約二百五, 可以食到呢種質素, 我覺得好抵!


整體黎講, 物超所值,下次再會試埋其他玉子燒 XD! 期待 !

很久也沒有幫襯這類型的小店。小店比大型連鎖店價廉物美,菜色也比較特別。特別推介海膽三文魚他他。要留意他他有一點辣,相當野味。小店的缺點是沒有信用卡付款服務,幸好帶夠足夠現金,否則就麻煩了!

工作了一整天,很疲累,與老婆來到了家附近的一間小店吃東西。嘗試了不同的菜式:木魚花凍豆腐,什錦粒粒甜蝦魚生飯,蒲燒原條鰻魚飯,鰻魚燒玉子,洋風三文魚。味道都比連鎖店有人情味。美中不足之處是鰻魚飯的飯有點軟,希望店員留意。
