每次吃omakase 都係吃壽司,今次試新嘢,食鐵板燒,我同朋友仔都好興奮呀!入到黎個格局都食bar枱形式,全程望住師父手起鏟落。先黎個頭盤哈密瓜Pama ham,開胃嘅沙律。帆立貝配海膽忌廉汁,上面有點點松露,帆立貝大大粒,爽口清甜。白金鯛燒魚,魚質肉厚,白銀色嘅魚皮煎到香脆,咬落好似薯片咁脆卜卜,配埋明太子醬汁,仲有精緻龍珠果。超肥美鵝肝配上黑醋麵包,鵝肝係口中油脂爆發,混合埋鵝肝獨有嘅香味。食完油脂感,隔離就有日本鳥取水晶梨,口腔頓時一陣清新。封門牛柳,每隻牛得一條,肉味濃,油花少,五成熟,口感柔軟,肉味徘徊。個拌碟炸紫菜都好好味,每道菜連醬汁配料都好細緻。仲有麵豉湯、炒飯甜品係焦糖多士配雪糕,多士焦糖化又脆又甜,飽飽又滿足。
