呢間日式小店裝修木系風家庭式,大約有10個座位。入到去女店員都幾親切,師傅就較有霸氣。午市揀咗春$688: 前菜、茶碗蒸、刺身三點、壽司八貫、湯、甜品。師傅會逐一介紹每道菜,佢主要講英文,會夾集少量日文、國語、廣東話。前菜係蝦、八爪魚🐙、再加啲麻醬,幾特別。之後有蒸蛋,好夠熱。刺身拖羅好厚身。另外番茄🍅入面有吞拿魚蓉、創新有fusion feel。魚生包住蝦,面上有黑松露。壽司:依佐木 、獅魚、金目鯛、鯖魚、左口魚,藍鮨吞拿魚、蠔、吞拿魚下面有帶子。壽司每件都另有醬喺上面調味,提升味蕾。最特別係蠔,師傅突然叫我用濕紙巾抹下手,再伸出嚟,原來放件蠔壽司喺我手上。第一次呢個食法~ 之後湯,師傅話用上個半鐘以上煲嘅魚湯。甜品以豆腐雪糕作結。
