有個大project要做,我諗如果唔食返個omakase嘅話,應該係冇力做嘅....... 一嚟到就見到寫咗我個名嘅歡迎字句,好窩心!!!午餐Omakase ($680) 前菜煮物大根超香甜,一啲渣都冇;茶碗蒸滑溜,仲有絲絲嘅蟹肉!鮟鱇魚肝係我最愛嘅時令鮟鱇魚肝呀!!!加咗柚子醋,再連埋昆布一齊食,一啲油膩感覺都冇。不過鮟鱇魚肝喎,乜都唔洗加都夠已經好滿足啦!活赤貝呈橙紅色又有光澤,食之前拍一拍,肉質爽厚彈牙,仲有啲海水味添BB吞拿魚輕輕捲起嘅BB吞拿魚魚背,肉身呈紅色,不含油脂,肉質實淨生蠔今日嘅生蠔叫令和之怪物,加咗柚子啫喱、食用玫瑰、辣蘿蔔及萬用蔥。生蠔好大隻,差不多有成隻手板咁大!蠔身非常肥美,質感爽脆,加咗柚子啫喱更加可以激發出蠔嘅鮮味障泥烏賊第一次食,平時嘅烏賊比較彈牙,但呢種障泥烏賊口感黏糯膠口,上面加咗海膽及三文魚子,鮮味大大提升銀鱈魚西京燒魚皮好脆又有焦香,肉質嫩滑天婦羅有蝦、番薯及南瓜。上菜時奇怪手點解冇醬汁及蘿蔔茸嘅?原來係因為炸嗰陣已經加咗海鹽,所以唔需要點任何醬汁都已經好有鮮味終於食到壽司嘞~鰤魚係野生鰤魚呀!肉質甜美,脂膏豐腴帆立貝加咗新鮮竹炭鹽、青檸,又拍
